At an authorized but unmanaged homeless camp by the police department on Tuesday, a woman cited for possessing drug paraphernalia and scattering rubbish was issued a 30-day exclusion order. A woman was arrested on probation violations related to past drug convictions. A man cited for staying longer than allowed was issued a 30-day exclusion order.
