MEDFORD — The Medford Mustangs scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to win a wild back-and-forth game against Lydo’s Lab of Eugene on Friday at the Coach K American Legion baseball tournament at Harry & David Field.

The Mustangs (26-9) trailed by as many as five runs in the middle innings, but scored the final six runs of the game in the walk-off win.
