Terall Blalock (left) started Papa Terall's BBQ & Catering food cart with son Jeff Darling many years ago. The father/son team barbecues on weekends but Terall still stops by on weekdays as he watches Darling cook up the day's chicken thighs in the parking lot behind the main post office. "We grill about 10 pounds a day," Darling said. "And another 100 pounds of pork butt a week that we use for both the truck and our catering business."
