Scenes from the Girls Build camp at Lincoln Savage Middle School in Murphy on June 30, 2017. Girls Build Executive Director Katie Hughes, a graduate of Lincoln Savage and Hidden Valley High, said 42 girls between the ages of 8 and 13 participated in the five-day camp. Activities included carpentry, masonry, wiring, plumbing and painting, and a playhouse built by campers will be donated to the Women's Crisis Support Team's safe house.
