Mike Pelfrey, who has made a name for himself by sending vulgarity-laced emails to elected officials, hectoring people at public meetings and making ominous-sounding threats against the mayor of Grants Pass, targeted state Rep. Christine Goodwin, R-Canyonville, this time around.
