An investigation into noncitizens on Oregon voter rolls has so far revealed 11 noncitizens on Josephine County voter rolls and 11 on Jackson County rolls, according to officials who handle elections in the two counties.
Of the 11 who have now been removed from Josephine County voter rolls, one submitted a ballot, said Josephine County Clerk Rhiannon Henkels.
